Getting to know... Anne-Lotte Masson

Anne-Lotte, chair of the LCRDM Sounding Board, has been interested in communication and education since her time studying biotechnology at Wageningen University. At the Delft University of Technology, she studied the interaction between experts and non-experts in STEM projects (science, technology, engineering and mathematics). Bringing experts together with those from outside the field has been a common thread in her career ever since. In her current position as Head of Research Support Office and Product Manager of the Research Suite at Erasmus MC, as well as in her membership of the LCRDM Advisory Board, she combines her experience in supporting organizations with her strong networking skills.    

Anne-Lotte sees a lot of networks in the Netherlands that wish to accomplish similar things. She is keen to highlight the overlap between different networks. 'Many exciting things are happening but we need to show them off more, or no one will know where to look’, she says.
